妇科术后下肢静脉血栓形成15例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 15 cases with lower limb venous thrombosis after gynaecologyical operation

目的:探讨妇科盆腔手术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的发生机制、诊断、治疗和预防。方法:回顾性分析15例妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床资料。结果:妇科手术后下肢静脉血栓发生率0.27%(15/5 616),阴式手术下肢深静脉血栓发生率为0.90%(3/333),仰卧位手术发生率为0.09%(12/13 333),15例均行彩超检查证实为静脉血栓,经抗凝、对症治疗后症状缓解。结论:妇科手术后应积极预防下肢静脉血栓的形成,一旦发生应及早诊治。

Objective：To explore the the happening of the mechanism, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of gynecologic pelvic surgery complicated with lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods：The clinical data of 15 eases with gynecological surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results ： After gynecological surgery , incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis was 0.27% （ 15/5 616） ,incidence of yin type operation lower limb deep vein thrombosis was 0.90% （ 3/333 ）, incidence of supine surgery was 0.09% （ 12/13 333 ） , 15 patients had both do colour to exceed examination confirmed for venous thromboembolism, after antieoagulation, symptomatic treatment of symptoms. Conclusion ： It is should prevent actively the formation of the lower extremity venous thrombosis after the operation, in the event should be diagnosed early.
