A Discussion on the Active Financial Policy and Relative Measures

中央政府实施积极的财政政策以来 ,我国理论界和实际部门在认识上均不同程度地存在着偏差 ,并已直接或间接地影响着国家积极财政政策的顺利贯彻与实施。本文拟就其中的有关问题提出了自己的观点。

Since the Central Committee carrying out the active financial measures there exist some differences in understanding the policy between the theoretical department and practical department.And these differences have impacted on performing and carrying out the active financial policy to some extent.The author points out some views of point about a few related issues.
