From the introduction of TPS into Dongyang People＇s Hospital, the authors analyze the core idea of TPS, and introduce the route to TPS implementation and the management achievements in Dongyang People＇s Hospital. They think that TPS can effectively improve the efficiency of hospital operation, reduce hospital operating cost and improve medical service quality. Therefore, TPS management idea and improvement mode can play a good role in improving the management ability and development ability in county-level public hospitals in China.
