摘要 以G医院为例,结合该医院的发展思路和战略目标,针对存在的主要问题,以绩效管理相关理论为指导,将医院的战略目标层层分解为临床科室在财务、顾客、内部流程和学习成长这四个层面的关键成功要素,并将关键成功要素转化为潜在的关键绩效指标,再根据绩效指标的相关设计原则,将潜在的关键绩效指标进行筛选和优化,建立临床科室绩效考核指标体系。 With the example of Hospital G, combining with the thought route for development and strategic goals, aiming at the existing problems, and guided by the relevant theories of performance management, the author makes layer by layer decomposition of hospital strategic goals into key factors to success: financial affairs, customer, internal process and study for growth in clinical departments, transforms the key factors to success into potential key performance indicators, screens and optimizes the potential key performance indicators in accordance with performance indicators so to establish the system for performance evaluation indicators in clinical departments.
