摘要
目的了解医学毕业生激励因素的现状,以作为医院完善改进相应激励制度的依据。方法对18个省市的151名应届医学专业毕业生进行问卷调查。结果对毕业生影响由高到低的激励因素纬度依次为:个人发展、工作环境、工作成就、薪酬待遇、工作自主。不同学历的毕业生对工作后第1、第2、第3年的收入期望值差异非常显著。结论应有针对性地完善相应激励制度,从而达到招募人才、用好人才、为百姓医疗健康服好务的效果。
Objective: To learn about the current situation of incentive factors for medical graduates and make it the base for hospitals to improve the related incentive system. Method:The authors make the top to bottom sequence of the in- centives influencing the graduates with questionnaires on 151 medical graduates of this year from 18 provinces and cities: personal development, work environment, work achievement, salary and compensation package, and job autonomy. Result: Graduates of different educational backgrounds possess quite different expectations of their salaries in the first year, second year and third year of their employment. Conclusion:Incentive systems should be targeted for the improvement so as to a- chieve the good results of talent recruitment, perfect use of talents, and good service for the health of common people. proved specifically to achieve the effects of recruitment, good use of talent, providing good service of healthcare for the people.
