TCT联合HPV检测对宫颈癌筛查的诊断价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价宫颈液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)联合人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)检测对宫颈癌筛查的诊断价值。方法选取2011年8月—2012年12月我科宫颈癌筛查患者720例,随机分成3组(TCT组、HPV组、TCT+HPV组),比较各组与病检结果的阳性符合率、敏感度、特异度和约登指数。结果 TCT+HPV组与病检结果的阳性符合率及对宫颈癌的敏感度、特异度、约登指数均最高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TCT联合HPV检测能明显提高宫颈癌筛查的阳性率,极大程度地降低漏诊率和误诊率,适宜临床大力推广。 summary[J].ActaCyto,2006,42(1):76.
