组织补片应用于腹股沟疝手术的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing experience of tissue patch applied in inguinal hernia surgery

目的观察组织补片应用于腹股沟疝手术的临床治疗效果,并对其围术期护理进行探讨。方法将在我院接受治疗的腹股沟疝患者74例分为2组,每组37例,试验组患者使用无张力组织修补术并进行围术期护理,对照组患者仅用无张力组织修补术而未实施围术期护理。结果试验组患者平均手术时间(61.8±1.3)min、术后住院时间(5.1±1.7)d、术后疼痛时间(4.1±0.5)h,明显低于对照组的(103.9±2.1)min、(8.9±3.5)d、(12.3±1.6)h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用无张力组织补片技术并及时实施围术期护理,可以显著提高患者手术成功率及术后恢复效果,临床疗效显著,值得广泛应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tissue patch applied in inguinal hospital and explore the nursing in the perioperative period. Methods 74 cases were divided into two groups,37 cases in each group,the experimental group was given tension free tissue mesh repair and perioperative care,the control group was only given free tissue mesh repair,hernia surgery,and study the perioperative nursing. Results The average operation time（61.8±1.3） min,postoperative hospitalization days after surgery （5.1±1.7）d,postoperative pain time （4.1±0.5）h of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group [（103.9±2.1）min,（8.9±3.5）d,（12.3±1.6） h],it was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of tension free tissue mesh repair technology and perform perioperative nursing in time,can improve the success rate after surgery and postoperative recovery condition significantly,the clinical efficacy is significantly,it is worthy of widely application.
