摘要
通过对唐安煤矿煤层及其顶底板岩石力学参数的测定,确定出深孔预裂爆破的炮孔长度、炮孔间距、装药结构、联线方式等爆破参数,根据相关爆破参数设计出3407综放面深孔预裂爆破方案。方案实施结果表明,3407工作面基本顶初次来压步距与3405工作面相比缩短了9.6 m,顶煤回收率提高了14.38%,实现了综放孤岛面的安全高效开采。
By measuring mechanics parameters of coal seams,roof and floor rock in Tang'an coal mine,con-firmed the blasting parameter,such as blasthole length,blast hole spacing,charging structure,on-line mode and so on,designed the deep hole presplit blasting scheme of 3407 fully mechanized caving face according to the related blasting parameters.The results showed that main roof step from the initial pressure of 3407 working face was 9 .6 m shorter than 3405 working face,top-coal recovery increased 14.38 percent.It realized safe and efficient mining in the fully mechanized caving island face.
