煤的挥发分测定是规范性很强的实验,其结果受称样的粒度、煤样的均匀性、所用坩埚的质量、形状、材质及坩埚盖的密封程度、水分、加热温度、位置、时间和操作者的操作速度等因素的影响。通过大量实验,对影响挥发分测定的几种因素进行了分析,提出了提高挥发分测定准确度的方法。

Measure volatile of coal is a normative experiment,the result is affected by many factors such as sam-ple fineness,sample uniformity,quality,shape,material of the crucible,seal level of crucible cover,water,heating temperature,location,time and the operating speed.Analyzes the kinds of factors that affect the volatile by lots of ex-periments,puts forward the method to improve measure precision of coal volatile.
