On the Operation Mechanism of New Curriculum Reform in Ethnic Areas

民族地区新课改运作机制具有民族性、地域性、系统性、动态性与实践性等特性,当前它主要存在的问题是目标设计与转化意识模糊,运作主体多元与内耗严重,内部结构运转与成效不良,外部支持乏力。因此,应当树立复杂性的新课改运作机制观,强化民族地区新课改运作机制的目标意识,协调多元主体之间的价值冲突,健全民族地区新课改运作的内部中枢系统,增强民族地区新课改运作的外部支持系统。

The operation mechanism of new curriculum reform in ethnic areas is national, regional, systematic, dynamic and practical. The main existing problem includes： weak awareness of goal design and transformation, diversified operational subjects, serious internal friction, unsatisfactory operation of the intemal structure and a lack of external support. Therefore, a complex operation mechanism of new curriculum reform should be set to strengthen goal consciousness of the operation mechanism, coordinate value conflicts among multiple parts, perfect the internal pivot system of the operation, and improve the external support system of the curriculum reform in ethnic areas.
