摘要
师资队伍建设是中等职业学校建设和发展的关键。目前,海南省中职学校师资队伍呈现出"六多六少"局面:青年教师多,中老年教师少;本科学历多,研究生学历少;中初级职称多,高级职称少;理论型教师多,"双师型"教师少;文化课教师多,专业课和实践指导课教师少;专职教师多,兼职教师少,师资队伍结构不尽合理。我们要学习借鉴国外职教发达国家的先进经验,建立专职教师与兼职教师相结合的新型教师培养培训制度,完善相关配套措施,加强教师队伍建设。
The development of teaching staff is the key to the development of secondary vocational schools. The present situations of teaching staff in Hainan vocational school are as follows: there are more young teachers than middle and old aged teachers; there are more staff with BA degree than master degree; there are more mid- and lower-level professional titles than higher-level ones; there are more teachers teaching general subject, few with double certificates; there are more teachers teaching subjects of art than those teaching professional and practical subjects; and there are more full-time teachers than those working part-time. Therefore, the structure of teaching staff team is not reasonable. In this case, we need to learn from successful foreign experiences, establishing a new staff developing and training system which includes full-time and part-time teachers, improving related support, finally to improve the whole teaching staff development in secondary vocational schools.
