The effect on the ion wind velocity of the surface dielectric barrier discharge actuator with different dielectric layer thickness

摘要 本文简要介绍了自制的大气压介质阻挡放电制动器的两电极结构,对该两电极制动器放电的电压电流波形进行了分析,并对不同介质层厚度的制动器产生的离子风速进行了测量,实验结果表明介质层厚度会对制动器的性能产生很大的影响. The self-designed atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge actuator with two -electrode structure is introduced briefly .The discharge voltage and current waveforms of the actuator is analyzed , the ion wind velocity of the actuators with different dielectric layer thickness are measured .the experimental results show that the dielectric layer thickness can produce very big effect on the performance of the actuator .
