摘要
利用一个新的有机配体L与乙酸锰为初始反应物[L=4,5-二氮杂芴-9-[3,5-二羧基]苯亚胺],通过常规的方法合成了一个新的含有螺旋状水链的三维超分子配合物,[Mn(C19H9N3O4)(H2O)4]·7H2O(1),并通过元素分析、红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射方法对化合物的结构进行了表征.结构分析表明化合物1属于正交晶系,P212121空间群;晶胞参数:a=0.99573(8)nm,b=1.34347(12)nm,c=2.06644(18)nm.化合物1展示了一个由新颖的螺旋状的水链和[Mn(C19H9N3O4)(H2O)4]构筑单元通过氢键作用而形成的三维超分子结构.
a new 3D supramolecular complex containing helical water chains , [ Mn( C19 H9 N3 O4 ) (H2O)4]· 7H2O (1) has been synthesized by utilizing a new ligand L [L =3,5-(4,5-diazafluoren-9-ylidene-amino) benzoic acid] and Mn(CH3COO)2· 4H2O in the routine method, which has been character-ized structurally by elemental analysis , IR spectroscopy and X -single crystal diffraction .Compound 1 crystalli-zes in space group P212121, with cell parameters a =0.99573 (8) nm, b=1.34347 (12) nm, c=2.06644 (18) nm.Compound 1 exhibits a 3D supramelocular structure constructed from novel helical water chains and [ Mn( C19 H9 N3 O4 ) ( H2 O) 4 ] building units via hydrogen bonding interactions .
