摘要
台兴油田兴北3断块是复杂断块普通稠油油藏,投产初期采用电加热降粘工艺。针对电加热工艺能耗高的问题,优选反相分散减阻剂进行降粘,结果表明反相分散减阻剂在稠油中的渗透性好、作用速度快、降粘效果明显,不但有利于降低流体粘度、减小悬点载荷和流程回压,而且用量少、成本低,投入产出比大于1:2。该药剂加药工艺简便,投资少,适合在井数少、油井相对分散的复杂断块稠油油藏中推广应用。
The block Xingbei 3 in Taixing oilfield is a complex fault block reservoir with ordinary heavy oil .At the be-ginning of production ,the electric heating visbreaking process was used .Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of heating process ,the inverse dispersion drag reduction agent was optimized .Results showed that adding the inverse dis-persion drag reduction agent in heavy oil ,the viscosity reducing effect was obvious due to good penetrability and quick ac -tion.The technologycan not only reduce the viscosity of the fluid ,the suspension point load ,and the flow back pressure ,but also has less dosage ,low cost,and the input-output ratio with greater than 1∶2.Because of its simple dosing process and less investment ,the agent can be used in complex fault block heavy oil reservoirs which have several wells and relatively scattered wells .
