摘要 管杆偏磨是影响黄88断块抽油井检泵周期的主要因素,杆柱扶正、加重等偏磨治理措施对高含水定向斜井效果不佳。为有效解决油井偏磨问题,减少维护性作业工作量,研究应用了超高分子量聚乙烯内衬油管防偏磨工艺。经室内评价和现场应用,内衬油管具有摩擦系数低、耐磨性好等优点。该防偏磨工艺在21口偏磨严重井进行了推广应用,平均延长偏磨井检泵周期2倍以上。 The off-center wearing problem is the main factor influencing the pump detection period of pumping wells in the fault block Huang 88.For directional deviated wells having high water -cut,the adopted roof bolt centralizing meas-ure ,weighting and other eccentric wear control measures have little effect .In order to effectively solve the off -center prob-lem of oil wells ,and reduce the maintenance operation workload ,the off-center wearing resistance process of lined ultra -high molecular weight ( UHMW) polyethylene tubing is researched and applied .The lab evaluation and in -field applica-tion proved that the lined tubing has low friction coefficient ,good wear-resisting property as well as other advantages ,and has been promoted and applied in 21 serious eccentric wear wells , extending the pump detection period of the eccentric wear wells to more than 2 times averagely .
