农村女性人力资源开发再思考——基于陕西不同群体人力资源状况的比较分析

The Reflections on the Human Resource Development of the Rural Women: Based on the Comparative Analysis of the Human Resource Status of Different Groups in Shanxi Province

以舒尔茨人力资本理论为指导,基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查数据,归纳现有陕西农村女性人力资源的特征,并就其现状与陕西农村男性和城镇女性的相应情况进行比较分析可以发现,不同群体间的差异受落后思想观念、撤点并校、女性双重负担、代际转移、居住地域局限、女性人才外流等因素影响。所以,针对性地提出开发农村女性人力资源的路径非常重要。

This thesis summarizes the characteristics of the human resource in the rural women in Shanxi Province and compares its status quo with that of the rural men and the urban women in this province, based on the Schultz Human Capital Theory the third - phase survey data of the social status of Chinese women. It finds out that the differences in distinct groups are influenced by many factors, such as the banal and stale minds, the reduction of schools in rural areas, the double burdens of women, intergenerational diversion, the geographical limitations of their residence, the brain drain of women, etc. This thesis states that it is very important to find out the valid methods of human resource development in the rural women.
