在我国高等教育大众化的时代背景下,大学生就业形势越来越严峻,2013年中国大学毕业生达到创记录的699万。面对如此空前的就业压力,处于竞争弱势地位的高职学生的就业出路将如何?本文提出了以思想引导、学业辅导、创业教导、就业指导、心理疏导"五导"为核心内容的"党员导师制"这一党建育人新途径,为提升高职学生综合素质和就业能力、促进学生就业创造了实践途径。
