免结扎技术在宫颈癌手术中的研究进展

Reseach progress in application of Ligasure and UHS techniques in cervical cancer surgery

宫颈癌是我国女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中发病率居第一位的肿瘤,该病的治疗方法仍是以手术治疗为主。手术治疗质量的评价模式的转变,很大程度上得益于许多新技术的使用和手术器械的发展和应用,特别是超声刀和Ligasure血管结扎系统等免结扎技术的应用。现就超声刀和Ligasure血管结扎系统等免结扎技术在宫颈癌手术中的应用进行综述。

The incidence of cervical cancer ranks first in female genital tract malignancies in China .Surgical treatment is still the main therapy of the disease .The transition of criteria for evaluating surgical treatment effect has greatly profited from using many new technologies and the development and application of surgical instruments ,espe-cially the application of Ultracision-harmonic scalpel （ UHS） and Ligasure vessel sealing system .This paper reviews the application of UHS and Ligasure vessel sealing system in cervical cancer surgery .
