摘要
在女性创业者越来越多的今天,研究女性领导者的领导风格以及不同的领导风格产生的有效性,具有重要的意义。本文的研究目的是在确定女企业家的领导风格基础上,探讨女性不同类型的领导风格对员工满意度、领导者有效性和员工额外努力构成的有效性的影响。研究一:用案例分析方法对8位女企业家进行深入访谈,一定程度上验证了女性领导者倾向于使用变革型领导方式;研究二,使用问卷调查的方式,探讨女性变革型领导风格、交易型领导风格与放任型领导风格和领导有效性之间的关系。实证结果显示,女企业家倾向于采用变革型的领导风格,而变革型领导风格和交易型领导风格对领导有效性有积极的影响,放任型领导风格对领导有效性的影响是消极的。
Currently, it has become a epidemic trend for women to establish businesse. Researching the leadership style of women leaders and the effectiveness of different leadership styles produced, is playing the significant role. Research purpose of the paper is: on the basis of the leadership style of women entrepreneurs, explore and recognition of the effectiveness of different types of women's leadership that have great influence on employee satisfaction, leader effectiveness and effectiveness of extra effort constituted to employees. Study 1: Using case analysis method to in- depth interviews of eight women entrepreneurs, the women leaders tend to use transformational leadership style on the extent; study 2: using a questionnaire survey, research on the transformational leadership style of women, transactional leadership style and laissez-faire leadership style to explore the relationship between leadership effectiveness. The empirical results show that women entrepreneurs tend to use transformational leadership style, but transformational leadership and transactional leadership style has a positive impact on leadership effectiveness, however, impactfaire leadership style of leadership effectiveness is negative.
