悬置支撑座多工位级进模设计

Multi-position progressive die design of hydraulic mount support stand

摘要 分析了悬置支撑座的冲压工艺性,确定了排样方案,采用带工艺切口的连续拉深工艺进行冲压生产。介绍了模具结构特点及模具关键零部件设计。模具利用气动自动送料器送料,并进行初定位、导正销精定位和保证了送料精度。小凸模采用螺塞和垫柱顶压的快换式固定,有效缩短模具的维修更换时间;凸、凹模镶块材料采用性能优越的DC53高级模具钢,提高了模具寿命。经过调试、批量生产,使用效果反映良好,满足了高效率、高精度的冲压生产要求。 The stamping process of hydraulic mount support stand was analyzed, and the layout scheme was determined. The continuous deep drawing process with process incision was adopted in stamping production. The design of die structure and key components were introduced. The die was feeded by using gas dynamic automatic feeder, and preliminary location and accurate positioning by pilot pin were conducted, which guaranteed the feeding precision. The fast exchange fixed type by the plug screw and the pillar was used in the small punch, which shortened the time of die maintenance and replacement. DC53 was used for insert material of punch and female die, which improved the die life. After alignment and mass production, the using effect is good, and the production desires of high efficient and good quality are met.
