胆汁对体外细粒棘球蚴原头节的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究不同浓度的胆汁在体外对细粒棘球蚴原头节生长的影响。方法体外培养绵羊细粒棘球蚴原头节,将不同浓度的胆汁作用于原头节。0.1%伊红染色在倒置显微镜下检测原头节的活力。实验重复3次。结果不同浓度的胆汁对原头节均有杀伤作用。浓度为100%和80%的胆汁对细粒棘球蚴原头节杀伤作用最明显,其中100%的胆汁在作用于原头节4 d后死亡率就可达到100%。各浓度的胆汁与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胆汁对体外细粒棘球蚴原头节有抑制作用,而关于胆汁在体内的疗效有待于进一步研究。 [Objective] To explore the in vitro protoscolicidal effects of Bile against Echinococcus granu- losus protoscoleces. [Methods] Protoscoleces were aseptically collected from sheep livers containing hydatid cysts and were incubated with Bile at different concentrations. Viability of protoscoleces was confirmed by 0.1% eosin staining. The experiment was repeated three times. [Results] The signs of different concentrations Bile-induced damage were observed. A clear protoscolicidal effect was observed Bile at the concentration of 100% and 80%. Bile at the concentration of 100% killed 100% of protoscoleces 'after 4 days of application. The scolicidal effect of all concentrations of the Bile was extremely significant compared to the control groups at all exposure times (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Bile has a high scolicidal activity in vitro and thus might be used as a scolicidal agent in the surgical treatment of the hydatid cyst. However, further investigation on the in vivo efficacy of Bile extract is proposed.
