In the research on the deep structural problems of market economy,though the questions of Karl Marx essentially crisscrosses the questions posed by Adam Smith,they still have distinct standpoints,which lead to different conclusions on the issues about the legitimacy and boundary of market economy.Karl Marx argues that the dialectical contradiction of Ownership as a conception derives from the contradiction caused by the structure of capitalist private ownership and the individual liberty committed by it.Suspending this question in the depicting,of market economy,Adam Smith keeps the question of justice within his political economics.Even today,these debating questions of Karl Marx and Adam Smith still hold enormous historical and realistic significances.
