摘要
结合在蒙西陇东地区施工经验,选取地层代表性较强的当前世界立井净径最大的泊江海子煤矿副立井,当前世界冻结深度最深的核桃峪煤矿副立井冻结工程,对冻结造孔及相关工序进行分析,提出蒙西陇东地区冻结造孔中纠斜、取煤芯、冻结管下放及穿越砾岩等关键工序技术要点,为该区域冻结造孔施工提供参考。
In combination with the construction experiences in the West Inner Mongolia and Gansu Longdong Area, an analysis was conducted on the freezing borehole drilling and the related procedures based on the selection of the mine auxiliary shaft with the world largest net diameter in Bojiang Haizi Mine with high representative strata and the mine auxiliary shaft freezing project with the world deepest freezing depth of Hetaoyu Mine. The paper provided the technical key points of the borehole deviation correction, coal coring, freezing tubing downward setting and passing through conglomerate processes in the freezing borehole drilling in the West Inner Mongolia and Gansu Longdong Area, which could provide the references to the freezing borehole drillings in the egion.
