摘要
针对大断面岩巷掘进装矸设备及工艺存在的问题,口孜东矿-967m水平西翼轨道大巷掘进采用BTRK2双臂凿岩台车、DH-L2000侧斜式装岩机及配套的自移机尾胶带机快速装矸装备,根据矿井自身条件,改变固有施工理念,优化施工组织、优化爆破参数、优化支护工艺、优化出矸系统,使大断面岩巷掘进的单进水平大幅度提升,实现了安全高效大断面岩巷全断面一次成巷掘进。
According to the problems existed in the heading and loading equipment and technology of the mine large cross section rock roadway, a BTRK2 double boom rock drilling jumbo, DH - L2000 side rock loader and matched rapid loading equipment of the belt conveyor with self moving tail were applied to the west wing railway roadway in - 967m level of Kouzidong Mine. According to the mine conditions, with the application of the reform of the conventional construction idea, optimization of the construction organization, optimization of the blasting parameters, optimization of the support technology and optimization of the waste rock loading system, the unit advance rate of the large cross section rock roadway heading was highly upgraded and the safety and high efficient full section completed rapid heading of the large cross section rock roadway was realized.
