摘要 结合液压支架安全阀质量、支架适应性及水质等情况,分析了霍尔辛赫矿3207大采高工作面ZY12000/28/60D型液压支架安全阀大量损坏的原因,结果表明:安全阀质量和支架适应性良好;造成安全阀大量损坏原因为工作面液压支架乳化液水质差、周期来压期间支架受到的冲击载荷过大。 In combination with the quality of the safety valve in the powered support, adaptability condition of powered support, water quality and other conditions, the paper analyzed the caused of large number safety valve failure in ZY12000/ 28/60D hydraulic powered support of No. 3207 high cutting coal mining face in Huoerxinhe Mine. The results showed that the quality of the safety valve and the adaptability of powered support were excellent. The causes to make large number safety valve failure were the poor water quality of the emulsion applied to the hydraulic powered supports in the coal mining face and the mine strata pressure bumping load on the powered supports was too high during the periodical bumping period.
