摘要
太原东盛选煤厂主洗车间经设备改造后,引发了离心机与振动筛所在楼板的竖向振动过大的问题。因此,分别对标高5.3m及标高13.8m楼板振动响应进行了测试,得到了振动设备的扰频、测点的竖向振动响应信号曲线及位移振幅值。经分析得出梁板体系竖向刚度相对较弱及强迫共振是导致楼面较大振动响应的根本原因,并发现已有加固措施的不足之处,最后提出新的减振加固思路。
After the equipment reformation of Taiyuan Dongsheng coal preparation plant main workshop, excessive vibration of beam - slab system occurred. Vibration response test was conducted for floors at elevation of 5.3m and 13.8m, the disturbing frequency of vibrating equipment, the response signal curve of vertical vibration, and displacement amplitude were obtained. According to the test results, the main cause of excessive vibration of floor was forced resonance and relatively small vertical stiffness of floor. The deficiencies of current strengthening measures were analyzed, and the new vibration reduction treatment idea was proposed.
