摘要
在超大型井田和千万吨矿井生产中,采掘后配套工程所用的混凝土、碎石材料运输已成为矿井辅助运输的重要部分,为简化辅助运输、节约成本,结合生产接续及采场布置,大柳塔煤矿在地面选取合适位置向井下施工一输料钻孔,通过钻孔将混凝土、碎石料送至井下,再经工程车送到使用地点。输料孔的应用缩短了井下混凝土、碎石材料的运输距离,降低了车辆占有率,提高了效率,满足了千万吨矿井高效生产的需求。
In the ultra large coal field and a coal mine with an annual production over 10 million t, the concrete and crushed stone material transportation for the matched engineering projects of the mine excavation and mining become an important part of the mine auxiliary transportation. In order to simplify the auxiliary transportation and reduce the transportation cost, the paper introduced a material transportation borehole drilled at the suitable location of the surface ground downward to the underground mine of Daliuta Mine in combination with the productions followed and the layout of the coal mining faces. With the material transportation borehole, the concrete and crushed stone material could be sent to the underground mine and then could be transported to the application locations with the engineering vehicles. The engineering plan implemented reduced the transportation distances of the concrete and crushed stone material in the underground mine, reduce the occupancy rate of the vehicles, improved the efficiency and met the high production requirements of the mine with an annual production over 10 million t.
