大磨岭煤矿滑动破碎围岩巷道非对称变形特征及控制对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据神火集团大磨岭煤矿-426m水平西回风大巷的支护现状及滑动构造特殊地质条件,采用现场巷道变形观测及钻孔窥视效果分析总结出巷道围岩非对称变形特征及其影响因素。结果表明,巷道围岩松动圈发育随巷道暴露时间的增加而增大,受层面滑动等影响同断面内松动圈发育呈不对称分布。基于上述研究提出了"长锚杆顶锚索不对称联合支护技术",利用3m长锚杆控制浅部围岩强度,调整锚杆间排距、锚索以及高强底脚锚杆对产生层间滑移变形等关键部位进行加强支护。 According to the support status and the sliding structure special geological condition of the west air returning roadway in - 426 m Level of Damoling Mine, Shenhuo Group, a roadway site deformation observation and horoscope effect were applied to analyze and summarize the asymmetric deformation features and influence factors of the roadway surrounding rock. The result showed that the broken rock zone development of the surrounding rock along the mine roadway would be increased with the exposed time of the mine roadway and the broken rock zone development in the roadway cross section affected by the layer surface sliding and others would be in an asymmetric distribution. Based on the above study, a "asymmetric combined support with long bolt and roof anchor" was provided. A 3 m long bolt was applied to control the strength of the surrounding rock in a shallow depth and to adjust the interval and row distances of the bolts. The bolt and high strength floor bolt were applied to the enhanced support of the interlayer sliding deformation and other critical parts.
