摘要
针对复合泥岩顶板巷道在采掘过程中出现的垮冒灾害难题,根据顶板中复合泥岩的厚度和分布位置对此类巷道进行分类,并在此基础上建立力学模型,分析引起顶板变形或冒顶的根源,提出采用"高预应力锚杆索+索桁架体"联合控制技术,现场工程试验表明,该技术能有效控制顶板变形,保障了顶板支护稳定性。
Aiming at the roof collapse problem of the coal roadway with compound mudstone strata in the period of the roadway excavation or working face mining, the roadway was classified according to thickness of the compound mudstone and location in the roof. And on this basis, a mechanical model is built, to analyze the cause of the roof deformation or caving. Then a combined controlling technology of bolt, cable and cable truss support with high pre - tightening force was proposed, according to in - situ engineering test, this support technology could effectively control the roof deformation and ensure stability of the roof.
