摘要
论文提出了一种新的动力煤分选指标控制方案,以相关可选性试验报告数据为基础,求出所需粒级筛分浮沉综合表,根据日常化验数据,用EXCEL线性回归工具求取产品煤发热量回归方程。结合数据,通过简化模型,确定限制条件,采用Microsoft Visual C++编程迭代,求出最优解,再进行细化求解,得到精煤回掺情况下动力煤洗选中各项分选指标的控制值。
A new control scheme of steam coal separation indexes was proposed. Based on the washability test data and daily tests, the comprehensive float - and - sink table of the target size product was made and the regression model of the calorific value was determined with Microsoft EXCEL linear regression tool. Combining with the data, the model was simplified and optimized. An iteration program was compiled to get the optimum solution, which was then detailed to obtain each index of steam coal separation for coal blending.
