摘要
针对祁南煤矿采煤工作面巷道运输距离长、巷道起伏大、底板破碎及工人井下徒步行走、体力消耗大的现状,进行了钢丝绳牵引单轨吊的研发工作。文章详细介绍了钢丝绳牵引单轨吊系统的组成及结构,该设备沿吊挂在巷道顶板上的轨道运行,采取专用穿绳系统、托压绳轮组及液压制动系统,成功解决了煤矿采掘工作面材料、设备及人员一体化运输问题。
According to a long transportation distance of the gateway, high wavy gateway, broken floor and miner travel on foot in underground mine, high physical consumption status of the coal mining face in Qinan Coal Mine, a research and development of the monorail crane hauled with steel rope was conducted. The paper in detail introduced the composition and structure of the monorail crane system hauled with steel rope. The equipment would be operated along the railway suspended on the roof of the gateway. With the special rope passing system, rope roiling carrier and hydraulic braking system, the monorail crane system successfully solved the integrated transportation problems of the material, equipment and personnel for the driving and mining faces in the coal mine.
