摘要
在市场竞争当中,大型设计企业逐步实行EPC工程总承包是调整经营结构,增强综合实力,向国际工程公司转变的有效途径。文章分析了大型设计企业开展EPC工程总承包的内外动力,并提出了对设计企业开拓EPC工程总承包市场需解决理性项目参与和追求利益最大化之间的平衡、传统重技术轻管理业务模式对现代EPC工程总承包管理发展的瓶颈制约、项目经理负责制异化与理性回归之间矛盾等问题的思考。
In the market competition, EPC steadily implemented by a large design enterprise became an effective access to adjust the business structure, to enhance the comprehensive strength and to turn to an international engineering company. The paper analyzed the internal and external driving force of the large design enterprise to conduct the EPC and provided the balance between the rational project participation and the seeking profit maximum, the bottleneck restrictions of the traditional high attention technology and less attention management business mode to the modern EPC management development, the contradiction between the project manager responsible system dissimilation and rational regression, and other problem consideration to be solved by the design enterprise to develop the EPC market.
