At present,the basic form of management organization of agricultural production of our country is practising contract management connected with yields of households responsibility system which has low efficiency inside and diseconomy outside;In this article the author expounded and proved that make innovation in the form of agricultural organization will be the important channel for raising the efficiency of agricultural production.It is necessary to set up the form of management organization of agricultural production based on the households farm of our country.
