摘要
为了在分布式视频编码(DVC)中得到更好的码率控制性能,根据视频序列的时空相关性,提出一种信源和信道相结合的码率控制算法。该算法对于信源利用时空相关性将图像块进行分类,在信道建立删余矩阵与turbo码率的数学关系,根据不同的块类型,选择不同的删余矩阵,实现码率控制。实验结果表明,该联合信源与信道的码率控制算法在保证图像质量基本不受影响的情况下,系统码率减少了3.12%~10.45N。
In distributed video coding system, to make rate control more efficient, a rate control algorithm is proposed, which combines information source and channel. Firstly, the blocks are classified by the spatial-temporal correlation of the video se- quence, and the mathematical relationship between puncturing matrix and turbo rate in the channel is found, then the puncturing matrix is decided adaptively to control the rate according to different types of blocks. Experimental results show that the pro- posed algorithm can reduce the rate of the whole system by 3.12%-10.45% without effecting the image quality.
