摘要
针对目前国内智能交通系统建设运营中存在定位不准、功能不清晰、缺乏前后评估、盲目推行新技术等问题,基于国内外近20 a的经验,定性分析智能交通的效用,研究提高通行能力、降低事故率等定量指标。结合国际发展趋势,分析智能交通发展远景以及支撑未来发展的新技术。依托珠海市智能交通建设,提出面向综合交通、交通白皮书、智慧城市建设需求的珠海智能交通效用和新技术应用原则。
According to the problems arising during the construction and operation of urban intelligent transportation systems(ITS) such as inaccurate positioning, vague function, lack of before and after assessment and blindly using new technologies, with 20 years' experience at home and abroad, qualitative analysis of ITS as well as quantitative indexes including traffic capacity, accident reducing rate are presented in this paper. With international development trend, prospect of ITS development and new support technologies are put forward. Relying on the construction of Zhuhai, ITS effect and new technologies application principles are discussed based on comprehensive transportation, transport white paper and wisdom urban construction.
