摘要
石家庄和平路高架工程上跨京广铁路段,为整个高架工程中的重要节点,为减少对电气化铁路线路的影响,采用转体施工。由于转体场地位于城市中心位置,现场条件苛刻,故结构转体段纵向不对称,同时由于转体段位于平面曲线上,故横向亦不对称。详细介绍采用空间等效梁格与平面板单元对转体钢箱梁的数值模拟、对比,得出转体的控制因素,给出具体施工控制办法,确保工程的顺利实施。
The elevated bridge crossing Jingguang railway is the key point of the whole project in Shijiazhuang Heping Rd. project. The design is adopting the swivel construction to reduce the influences on the electrified railway. Due to the swivel place being located in the downtown, the field conditions are very harsh. The structure swivel section is asymmetry in the longitudinal direction, and meanwhile, it is also asymmetry in the transverse direction because of the section being located on the plane curve. The paper introduces two kinds of numerical simulations, which are the space equivalent grillage theory and the plane plate element theory. Then, through the comparison, the detailed controlling factors and construction control methods are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
