摘要 哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(Mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是调控细胞代谢、生长和增殖等重要生命活动的蛋白激酶,mTOR异常表达在卵巢癌发生发展中起重要作用,已成为卵巢癌治疗的有效靶点。mTOR抑制剂雷帕霉素及其同系物能够抑制卵巢癌细胞生长和血管生成,并同其他抗肿瘤药物有协同作用,靶向mTOR的研究将为卵巢癌的临床治疗带来新希望。 Mammalian target of rapamycin ( mTOR) is a protein kinase that regulates cell metabolism ,growth, proliferation and other important biological activities.mTOR plays an important role in the development of ovarian cancer and has became an effective target for ovarian cancer therapy.Rapamycin,an mTOR inhibitor,and its deriva-tives can inhibit the growth and angiogenesis of ovarian cancer.Rapalogues exhibit synergism effect on ovarian cancer treatment when combined with other anticancer drugs.The research on mTOR will bring new hope for clinical treat-ment of ovarian cancer.
