桃仁通痹丸的质量标准研究

Studies on quality standard of TaoRen TongBi Pills

目的建立桃仁通痹丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中赤芍、丹参进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对赤芍中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱中能检出赤芍、丹参；芍药苷在7．17～358．59μg·mL^-1范围呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．32％（RSD=0．44％）。，结论定性定量方法简便、准确、重现性好。该标准可用于产品质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine the quality standard of TaoRen TongBi Pills. METHODS Radix paeoniae rubra in prescription, salvia miltiorrhiza were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae rubra was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The qualitative identification with TLC were specific. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 7.17 - 358.59μg· mL-1 （ r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 99.32% （ RSD = 0. 44% ） . CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and well reproducible. The standard can be used for the quality control of TaoRen TongBi Pills.
