摘要
目的了解熟地黄植物胶囊的亚急性毒性。方法将大鼠分为阴性对照组及1.688、3.375、6.750g·kg-1 BW3个剂量组。连续喂养30天后,采血作血常规及生化指标测定,取出肝、肾、脾、睾丸称重,并对肝、肾、脾、胃肠、睾丸、卵巢作组织病理学检查。结果熟地黄植物胶囊各剂量组给予大鼠喂养30天,试验期间,各组动物生长活动正常。试验结束时,各剂量组大鼠体重、体重增重、进食量、食物利用率、脏体比与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。雄性3.375g·kg-1BW剂量组中性粒细胞,1.688、6.750g·kg-1BW剂量组血糖,1.688g·kg-1BW剂量组甘油三酯;雌性3.375、6.750g·kg-1BW剂量组谷丙转氨酶与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但均在本实验室正常值范围内,本实验室认为无生物学意义。其余各剂量组大鼠的血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素、肌酐、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白测定值、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、白细胞计数和白细胞分类与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对受检脏器作组织病理学检查,未见特异性病变。结论大鼠服用熟地黄植物胶囊30天,对机体未见不良影响。
OBJECTIVE To explore the subacute toxicity of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata integrated plant cap-sules.METHODS Rats were randomly olivided into 4 different categories which included 1.688 g · kg -1、3.375 g · kg -1、6.750 g· kg -1 and control group.routine test and biochemical indexes of blood were determinated after 30 days of continuous feeding,liver,kidney,spleen and testes were weighed,histopathological examination were per-formed on the liver ,kidney ,spleen ,stomach ,ovary and testis.RESULTS During the period of experiment ,the nor-mal growth activites of rats in different group were observed.At the end of the experiment ,difference between differ-ent group on the body weight ,increasing weight ,food intake ,food utilization rate ,and organ/body weight ratio of rats were not statistically significant (P&gt;0.05).Statistically significance were found in the neutrophils of male 3.375g· kg -1 group , the blood sugar of 1.688 g · kg -1、6.750 g · kg -1 group , the triglyceride of 1.688 g · kg -1 group.The difference of alanine aminotransferase between 3.375 g· kg -1、6.750 g· kg-1 and control group were also statistically significant ( P&lt;0.05 ) and within the normal range of this laboratory ,which indicated no biological significance.No statistical significance were observed among the other group on the serum alanine aminotransferase ,aspartate amin-otransferase,urea,creatinine,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,total protein,albumin,hemoglobin determi-nation value ,red blood cell count ,white blood cell count and classification.Histopathological examination showed no specific lesions.CONCLUSION The study demonstrates that there is no adverse effects to rat after 30 days of con-tinuous feeding of Radix rehmanniae preparata integrated plant capsules.
