摘要 为推动优质护理服务的开展,建立与完善护理人员绩效考核与分配机制。以实施护士岗位管理为切入点,运用关键业绩指标法、积分考核法,从护士岗位和绩效两方面进行考核,并结合考核结果实施分配,实现了激励效应,调动了护理人员积极性,有效促进了优质护理持续开展。 To promote the development of high - quality nursing care, the performance appraisal and distribution system of nursing staff are established and improved. The nurse post management as the breakthrough point, the nurse performance index is assessed by Performance Index and integral method, and the distribution is carried out combined with the results, achieving the in- centive effect, mobilizing the enthusiasm of the nurses and contributing to the sustainable development of high-quality nursing care.
