西藏基层骨干医师培训需求与效果评价

Evaluation of the demand and effect of training on mainstay grass-roots physicians in Tibet

目的:通过对胡锦华健康教育促进中心与华西公共卫生学院共同举办的三期西藏基层骨干医师培训需求和效果反馈的研究,探讨西藏地区基层骨干医师医疗卫生服务能力短期培训效果,研究培训内容的合理性和有效性,为后期开展培训提供更好的方案和建议。方法:对三期参加培训的西藏基层骨干医师进行三次横断面问卷调查。结果:三期培训的课程设置较为合理,符合藏区基层工作实际需要;根据学员反馈后的教学模块优化,效果显著;培训需求和满意度均较高。结论:通过科学设置培训课程,及时优化课程结构等途径,使三期培训需求和效果的满意度均较高,但仍需结合藏区实际及时修改课程设置,合理安排培训时间,优化培训教材和培训大纲,保证有部分汉语理解力较好的学员以帮助其他藏区学员更好地理解培训内容。

Objective To study the effect of training on mainstay grass-roots physicians in Tibet,and provide references for the continuous trainings. Methods Questionnaire surveys were implemented in trained mainstay grass＇roots physicians in Tibet. Results The training curriculum was reasonable ,which can meet the needs of grass-roots work in Tibet. The optimized training module had obtained high degree of satisfaction. Conclusion The training has obtained fine results. But it should be further improved by optimize the curriculum, training time, training materials and training programs.
