Background,Train of Thought and Achievement of Design of Suzhou Main and Branch Library System

抓住首批"国家公共文化服务体系示范区"创建城市的机遇,积极参与制度设计研究工作,苏州图书馆建立起既遵循总分馆客观规律,又与苏州实际相结合的总分馆制度,使苏州的总分馆成功进入政府主导,实现了苏州总分馆的科学规划,保障了苏州总分馆的可持续发展。

This paper introduces that Suzhou Library actively participates in the library system design in establishing city of the first batch of model districts of nationwide public cultural services and establishes the main and branch library system which not only followed the objective laws of the main library and branch libraries and the main and branch library system combined with Suzhou reality by making Suzhou main library and branch libraries entered the government and realized the scientific planning of Suzhou main library and branch libraries to guarantee the sustainable development.
