建设绿色图书馆是当前公共图书馆建设的必然趋势和必由之路,公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系起基础性作用,创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区为建设绿色图书馆提供了有利契机和政策保障,建设绿色图书馆是对创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区中公共图书馆建设环节的完善和提升。二者相互推进,相得益彰。郑州图书馆将新馆建设与创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区有机结合起来,在完成绿色图书馆建设的同时,也顺利完成了所承担的创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区的任务。
The construction of green library is the inevitable trend in development of public library. Public library plays the fundamental role in public cultural service system. Creation of model districts of nationwide public cultural service system provides favorable opportunity and policy guarantee for construction of green library that is to improve and enhance the construction link of creation of model districts of nationwide public cultural service system. Both promote each other and compensate each other. Zhengzbou Library combines the construction of new library with creation of model districts of nationwide public cultural service system organically to finish green library construction at the same time, also successfully to complete tasks of creation of model districts of nationwide public cultural service system.
