高校机构库建设过程中的知识产权应对策略研究

A Study of Response Strategy of Intellectual Property in the Construction Process of Institutional Repository in Higher School

高校机构库建设的瓶颈是知识产权问题,而我国对于这方面的研究处于初始阶段。通过结合国内外经验,探讨了高校经常涉及的几种信息资源的知识产权归属,提出了构建共同知识库、建立在线共享平台等途径来规避版权问题,并指出机构知识库版权问题的关键在于权益的协调。

The bottleneck of institutional repository construction in higher school is intellectual property. The researches of our country about it are still in initial phase. Taking foreign and domestic experience, it discusses the ownership of intellectual property right of some kinds of information resources which is often involved in higher school. We advances building common institutional repository and creating online sharing platform to avoid copyright problems. Finally, we point out that the key to solving the institutional repository copyright problems lies in the coordination of rights and interests.
