经济不发达地区公共图书馆用户需求基本保障体系研究——以湘西自治州图书馆为例

The Study on System of Basic Security Needs of Users of Public Libraries in Underdeveloped Areas ——Taking Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Library as an Example

本文论述构建经济不发达地区公共图书馆用户需求基本保障的必要性,指出构建图书馆用户需求保障体系是消除"数字鸿沟"、构建和谐社会和振兴西部经济的需要,借鉴东部经济发达地区图书馆联盟的形式和方法,构建了经济不发达地区公共图书馆用户保障体系模式。

The paper focuses on the necessity of constructing the basic security needs of users of public libraries in underdeveloped areas. It pointes out that the construction of library user needs security system is to eliminate the ＂digital divide＂, the construction of a harmonious society and promote the development of the western economy. On this basis, the effective use of forms and methods of the economically developed eastern regions of library consortia, construct user security mode of public library in underdeveloped areas.
