摘要 针对传统的烧结机固定滑道/滑板密封装置存在的诸多问题,开发了一种新型柔性差压侧密封装置,通过负压自吸合实现烧结机台车与风箱之间的侧密封。该装置在河北省九江线材有限公司8号和5号烧结机上应用后,烧结机漏风率降低10%~20%,工序能耗下降15%~25%,效果明显。 In view of many problems existing in traditional sinter machine fixed slide/slide bar sealing device, a new type of flexible differential pressure side sealing device was developed, and the side sealing between the pallet of sinter machine and the windbox was realized through suction pressure self-closing. After the device was applied in No. 5 and No. 8 sinter machine of Jiujiang Wire Co. ,Ltd of Hebei province,the air leakage rate of sinter machine was decreased by 10% -20%, and the process energy consumption was reduced by 15% -25% ,the effect is remarkable.
