粘结剂对尘泥含碳球团干球强度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在检测分析各种原料物化特性的基础之上,研究了配加不同种类、配比的粘结剂对尘泥含碳球团生球以及干球强度的影响。结果表明,当消石灰配入量为2.0%时,生球的抗压强度和落下强度分别能达到16.40 N/个和6.2次/0.5 m,干球的抗压强度和落下强度分别能达到59.34 N/个和2.1次/0.5 m。参照某转底炉现场生产使用的原料配比,用成球性较好的转炉泥替代成球性较差的机头灰,同时用2.0%消石灰代替2.0%膨润土作粘结剂时,生球、干球的抗压强度和落下强度均得到提高。 Based on the test and analysis of the physicochemical properties of a variety of raw materials, the effects of different types and ratio of binders on strength of dust and sludge carbon-containing green pellets and dry pellets were studied. The results show that,with the addition of 2. 0% slaked lime, the compressive strength and dropping strength of green balls are 16.40 N/pellet and 6. 2 times/0. 5 m respectively, and those of dry pellets are 59.54 N/pellet and ~. 1 times/0. 5 m respectively. By referring to the raw material proportion used in site field of a rotary hearth furnace, using converter sludge with good ballability to replace the sinter machine feed end dust with poor ballability,and at the same time using 2.0% slaked lime as a binder to replace 2. 0% bentonite will all improve the compressive strength and dropping strength of green balls and dry pellets.
