石家庄市赞皇县健康儿童近3年手足口病病原隐性感染状况调查 被引量:2

Investigation on inapparent infection of pathogens of hand- foot- and- mouth disease in healthy children from Zanhuang county of Shijiazhuang city in recent three years

摘要 目的:了解石家庄市某县健康儿童2010~2012年手足口病病原隐性感染情况。方法:选择赞皇县某乡5岁以下健康儿童,分别于2010年和2012年手足口病流行前、中、后期采集大便标本,用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)进行肠道病毒核酸检测。结果:3年分别观察了59名、89名和77名5岁以下健康儿童,隐性感染率分别为59.32%、47.19%和62.34%。男、女之间的感染率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);2010年和2011年均显示感染率随着年龄增加而逐渐降低;3年问健康儿童携带的优势病原分别为EV71型(2010年)和其他肠道病毒(2011年、2012年),与赞皇县同期实际监测手足口病病原体不完全相同;不同流行期感染率不同,感染率与同期手足口病患病率变化趋势相同。结论:5岁以下健康儿童肠道病毒带毒较为普遍,系统开展手足口病病原隐性感染状况的调查,有助于手足口病疫情趋势的科学预测。 Objective: To understand inapparent infection of pathogens of hand - foot - and - mouth disease in healthy children from a county of Shijiazhuang city from 2010 to 2012. Methods: The healthy children under five years old were selected from a village of Zanhuang county, and then their stool specimens were collected before, during, and after hand - foot - and - mouth disease in 2010 and 2012, respectively; RT- PCR was used to detect enterovirus nucleic acid. Results: A total of 59, 89 and 77 healthy children under five years were observed respectively from 2010 to 2012, the inapparent infection rates were 59. 32%, 47. 19% and 62. 34%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between boys and girls (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the inapparent infection rates in 2010 and 2011 decreased gradually with age; the dominant pathogens carried by healthy children were enterovirus 71 in 2010 and other enteroviruses in 2011 and 2012, which were different from pathogens of hand - foot - and - mouth disease monitored actually during the same period in Zanhuang coun- ty ; the inapparent infection rates varied during different epidemic periods, the change trends of inapparent infection rate and prevalence rate of hand - foot - and - mouth disease during the same period were the same. Conclusion : Enterovirus - carrying in children under 5 years is common. Investigating pathogens of inapparent infection of hand - foot - and - mouth disease systematically is helpful to predict the situation scientifically.
