结肠癌激酶4在卵巢癌上的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of colon cancer kinase- 4 in ovarian cancer

目的：探讨结肠癌激酶4（CCK4）的表达与卵巢癌临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学MaxVision法检测CCK4在卵巢性索间质肿瘤，卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤、卵巢交界性肿瘤、卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达。结果：与良性卵巢肿瘤相比，卵巢上皮性癌、卵巢交界性肿瘤、卵巢性索间质肿瘤，卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤明显低表达，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与卵巢交界性肿瘤相比，卵巢上皮性癌CCK4表达减少，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在卵巢上皮性癌中，与年龄〈50岁组相比，年龄≥50组卵巢上皮性癌表达减少，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；与临床分期I-Ⅱ期组相比，临床分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期组卵巢上皮性癌明显低表达，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与无腹膜转移组相比，有腹膜转移组卵巢上皮性癌明显低表达，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：CCK4低表达与卵巢癌的腹膜转移密切相关，有可能是治疗卵巢癌的重要靶点之一。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the expression of colon cancer kinase - 4 （CCK4） and clinieopathologi- cal characteristics of ovarian cancer. Methods： The expression levels of CCK4 in ovarian sex gonad stromal tumor, ovarian germ cell tumor, borderline ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemical MaxVision method. Results： Compared with benign ovarian tumor, the expression levels of CCK4 in epithelial ovarian cancer, borderline ovarian tumor, ovarian sex gonad stromal tumor and ovarian germ cell tumor decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Compared with borderline ovarian tumor, the expression level of CCK4 in epithelial ovarian cancer decreased, but there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . In epithelial ovarian cancer group, compared with 〈 50 -year- old subgroup, the expression level of CCK4 in ≥50 -year- old subgroup decreased, but there was no statisti- cally significant difference （P 〉0. 05） ; compared with stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ subgroup, the expression level of CCK4 in stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ subgroup de- creased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared with non - peritoneal metastasis subgroup, the expression level of CCK4 in peritoneal metastasis subgroup decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Downregulation of CCK4 is closely correlated with peritoneal metastasis of ovar- ian cancer, which may be an important target in treatment of ovarian cancer.
