建筑企业商品结构调整与经济发展关系分析

产业结构优化是区域经济体创新发展应经历的必然过程。结构优化不仅包括产业内元素的合理组合,相关产业协调也是一个重要环节。后金融危机下相关产业产能、出口和资源利用都经历着严峻的考验。本文所引用的某省建筑产业现状看似风景独好,但诸如经济资源重复投资带来的产业急速扩张所致累积性风险使产业间良性互动渐行渐远。本文应用计量方程对产业发展模式真实原因分析发现:以经济资源支出和金融机构帮扶为主的产业发展模式不可持续,同时外部资金进入冲突与本土经济金融性依附使得建筑产业发展存在诸多缺陷。最后,本文提出了相关优化建议。

Industrial structure optimization is an inevitable process that innovation and development of regional economies have experi- enced. Structural optimization includes the rational combination of elements within the industry and is also an important part of the coordination of related industries. Production capacity, export and resource utilization of the related industries in the post -financial crisis are experiencing a severe test. The present situation of construction industry the paper quotes seems good, but the accumulated risks from the rapid expansion caused by duplicated investments of economic resources make in- dustries drift away from benign interactions. The analysis finds out that the industrial development pattern based on expen- ditures of financial resources and supports of financial institutions is not sustainable, while the conflict of the entry of foreign funds and the local financial dependence cause many defects of the construction industry. Finally, the paper puts forward some relevant optimization suggestions.
